If you’re a Mosaic Property Group owner-occupier, please use this form to submit any rectification items identified during your Defect Liability Period (DLP).
Before submitting, we ask that you take a moment to review Mosaic's Guide to Rectifications. The guide outlines what is considered a genuine defect under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) definition.
We understand that at times there can be some uncertainty around what qualifies as a genuine defect. The guide is designed to help clarify this and ensure your request is assessed accurately. Of course, if you're unsure, you're always welcome to submit your item — our team will review it carefully and confirm whether it meets the criteria.
Mosaic is fully committed to resolving all items deemed to be genuine defects within the Defect Liability Period.
Once your submission has been received, our Customer Care team will review it and respond within two ( 2 ) business days to confirm next steps.
